    This week:
    Monday: 60 mins (elliptical, stationary bike)
    Tues: 0 mins
    Wed: 0 mins
    Thurs: 120 mins (tennis, walking)
    Fri: 30 mins (aerobics)
    Sat: 75 mins (swim, elliptical, stationary bike)

    Only 50 minutes off! Woot! Might try and hit that today, and then make my target for January 1,500 minutes. Love this challenge!
  • I'm really lagging behind - only 520 minutes leaving me with 480 for the final 9 days of Jan... not looking good :( i am still doing lots more than i did previously though so i don't feel too bad.

Way to GO!:flowerforyou: Yay YOU all who've already met their challenge goals, and Triple YAY to all who upped the bar when they did:drinker: Good job to all who doubled up the next day to make up for a day without. :love: That's what I'm going to try to do for my step goal to balance out the month, knee permitting.     I'm really lagging behind - only 520 minutes leaving me with 480 for the final 9 days of Jan... not looking good :( i am still doing lots more than i did previously though so i don't feel too bad.

    520 minutes is awesome dear!!! this challenge keeps you mindful and that is important. Maybe next month you can hit it. It may take more than one try. The 1st month I tried it, I did not hit 1000 min but I came very close!! 520 min by 23rd is not shabby at all. Keep up the good work!

    I totally agree with Barbara on YAY for all of us still trying to reach 1000, all those who met it already and our super duper challengers going way beyond 1000 min!! Keep up the good work peeps!! We have a little over a week to go!! Find a way to get that 1000 min in!! We can do this!!:flowerforyou:
