This sounds delish But i'm so weary about raw egg whites even the ultra pasterized kind. I've gotten salminela before and now i'm totally paraniod!

Can you use real sugar instead of a sugar substitute? Fake sugar is actually not that good for you since your body doesn't know how to digest it properly. At least that's what I've heard from some websites when I googled around for healthy stuff/exercising/dieting things last year. :X

Sure. Brown sugar, white sugar. Crystallized ginger for that pumpkin spiced ice cream.

That sounds yummy! Although I would have to adapt it to make sure there's no wheat in it.....thinking I'm developing a wheat/gluten allergy. :/

I make mine very different, I think I got the recipe from Weight Watchers a couple years back. My recipe isn't as dense or protein packed, but its light and fluffy!

    1 can pumpkin
1 small box sf instant vanilla pudding mix
1 container of fat free or lite cool whip
    cinnamon, nutmeg, splenda to taste

Mix all the ingredients together and enjoy.

Yes different recipe, but true to the Weight Watchers theme of keeping people eating processed foods.

Jay Robbs Egg White protein is excellent for this recipe. I use Jayy Robb protein powder. It is all natural, minimally processed and sweetened with Stevia.

I love the Lean Gains site.

Made another batch last night and put a huge blob of it on top of a scoop of pumpkin ice cream. RIDICULOUS.
