    Getting motivated for me too. I was doing okay with the diet part (despite a booze derailment). I can't get off my butt though. I'll find a million reasons not to move. Although I saw a friend's post here this AM and it might be the motivator. She dropped 4 lbs this week and the only thing that changed was she got up and moved.

    Time to stop making excuses!
