Watch what you eat and exercise? If you're over sayyy 230lbs then even walking can put a significant dent in your calories but it's the same as everyone!0 -

Just found this place today. I need to lose a large amount of weight just to be healthy. We're talking about 180 lbs total, but i'm thinking just sticking to a ten pound a month goal is best at this point to not get overwhelmed by the big goal. I can use all the support i can get. I really need help here and asking for it is not easy for me usually. Please add me and we'll see what we can accomplish together.0
