Well if a thread starts to get on a topic that Mike thinks is offensive or if people are just goin' at it. He can lock it so no one can post in there any longer.

    Good morning blue team!!

That's terrible to hear what's going on around the boards. I hope that things calm down. FC was always a great inspiration. Hopefully she'll be okay.

I had a lot of fun on my Wii Fit lastnight. I hadn't had a chance to use it for a few days (okay a week!) But, I figured I'd spend about 30mins "playing" before I sat down to watch Terminator Sarah Conner Chronicles (love it). ANYWAY, I was able to unlock some more new exercises & found the "free" step. It allows you to step up & down on the board while watching tv!! The Wii remote will click or talk to you in time with the steps you're supposed to take & counts each step from 10 minutes all the way up to 30!! What a workout!! I love the ski jump & hula hoop too! Lot's of fun!!

I'm hoping to do a little BL sometime today!

Keep positive people & keep strong!!

I went to try on my size 16 pants and wow they fit  so I thought I would try my shorts (that I haven't worn in 2yrs.) and they fit Im all ready for summer. When I started with MFP I was going into a size 20 pants I just can't believe it. Im still in shock. I posted some pictures of my new summer wear well unless that is i get skinner. :drinker:

I did a thread for this but thought I would put it on here too. I can't wait to buy my 2 piece so I can show that off too.

I am hoping to get a workout in tonight. I am so ready to be out of the 130s!!!!
Me too! The lowest I've been is 128 last summer. I'm up to 135. It's been changing from those two weights since last year.

Alright you guys know me pretty good. So tonight as my exercise night 6x this week may I add 1.gif I was doing my "croch" sp? exercise. Well my husband has started his "manly" program and we are on an 8 week challenge. Ok anyways while he was doing his manly thing I noticed he had a hole in his workout pants. I went to do my "croch" exercise and he proceeded to ripe open the hole so his whole croch was exposed and said "that will give you something to concentrate on" 1.gif Neatless to say I was able to do 30 without any effort. Maybe i need that motivation more often.

Having a really crappy morning here, so far. For whatever reason, my 5am alarm didn't go off, so I didn't get to workout this morning. I woke up when my bf's 7am alarm went off so I had a nice 30min to get my butt out the door. Ugh. Then after I took the time to fill my 32oz water bottle, I get to work and realize I forgot it at the house. I didn't have time to pack a lunch either and so I'm probably not gonna get to eat because I have to go to the bank and the post office on my lunch break.

I just want to go back to bed!

    Thanks. :flowerforyou:

I guess I should just focus on the positive. At least I had eggs for breakfast instead of Reese Puffs.

Ok all I AM BACK NOW. Sorry I have been MIA for awhile. I sort of got off track and now its time to get back. I finally made it to the gym this morning and I feel great now. I burned 630 calories and got in 6 glasses of water just in class and right after. I got a new hairdo Friday and now I feel reenergized. Time to start losing again.

I ate cereal this morning. Didn't have lunch. I'm thinking baked french fries and burrito with salsa. Does that seem good?

alright so I went to my sons wrestling tournament and was stressed today because I didn't want to eat that high calorie food that they sell there so I came up with a plan. I packed all our suppers. I stayed within my calorie limits so much I got to eat some girl scout cookies  My son got third place. Im so proud of him. I just got done exercising. I did my croch exercises and then I'm also in the 200 sit-up challenge and I did those also. I'm dripping wet ugh. Im tired now. drum roll please for calories burned. 730. I feel every bit of it. We are excepting a pretty big snow storm here in Minnesota so I'm sure there won't be school tomorrow I better get to bed early tonight. night everyone.

Only burnt about 200calories in Plyo this a.m. but considering I only did like 25min of it, thats not too bad. I think the 5am start really threw me off, but I should be adjusted here in the next day or two and should be ready to kill Plyo next Tuesday. I'm just gonna focus on what I did do this morning and not the fact that I didn't do the whole thing. It's better than nothing! :flowerforyou:

Off to shower and get some eggs and smoothie in me!

    Hey guys!!

I've been so busy lately. I haven't worked out the past three days... but I did hardcore cleaning on my car and house all three days (enough to be sweating), so I think that counts. Should've worn my HRM.

I'm up a little from the last weigh-in... but, I knew that would happen because I've been having some sodium-filled things lately. Hopefully I can get that weight off before Wednesday. That's the goal!!

I'm working off a coffee hangover this morning with............ more coffee. I couldn't help it. :indifferent: I cut back to coffee twice a week - Mondays and Fridays... the days I seem to need a little extra kick. Yesterday, I went to lunch with a couple ladies I work with and had lots and lots of coffee. It threw my sleeping off last night, so I had to get some caffeine this morning to compensate. I'm working on it! :blushing:

I've been doing pretty well with food lately (other than the sodium). My appetite has really went down... I don't get it. Some days I'm ravenous, others... nothing. As long as I eat a good breakfast, I'm fine.

Anywho... hope everyone is doing well!! I'll try to get on here more often this week. :flowerforyou:

BL tonight. Who left last week? Can't even remember what happenend in the show!

They left us in suspense!!!! The teams weighed in as a group and if they lost 70 (??? I think ???) total pounds, no one had to go home! If they lost less... one person had to go home from each time. They got down to the LAST PERSON (Mike, I think) and then said... "To be continued..."

    Can't wait for tonight!! :drinker:

Yeah, I think he would be one to go... and maybe the mom of the girl who went home a few weeks ago. I can't remember if they're on the same team or not, though.
