I ate all my food- still hungry and my dad brings home Chinese... still thinking about it... I had like 4 small pieces of chicken but still thinking about it. drinking tea to stop thinking about it...0

A bloody mary...but it was with my homemade tomato juice. And...pita crackers and cheese. Could have skipped that whole drink/snack thing during football and stayed at or under my calorie goal today.0

Had a few extra nibbles of cheese while cooking dinner tonight. I tend to do this while I'm cooking with cheese, and only cheese!0

A large glass of this cheap store brand black cherry juice drink. Not even juice, just DRINK.lol And I couldve easily had water with a hawaiian punch to go in it but was too lazy to go to my car to get the packets out0

I enjoyed Chinese Take out with hubby. It's very rare that we get to eat together and he has been wanting Chinese all week and didn't want to get it tonight because of me but I looked into the calorie content and so long as I didn't go overboard it would be fine.
Bloody worth it!!! Lol.
Indulging in a little of what we fancy every now and again is good for us, makes us appreciate it more and reminds us that we have something to look forward too.0 -
Today I wasted calories on my salt and vinegar pringles....uughhh after this can is done..they will be banned from my house until I lose 20 lbs numnumnumnumnnnnnmmmm :grumble:0

nothing wasted today - yesterday i ate a bunch of crackers and pita chips around lunch time instead of the lunch i had planned, was kinda pissed at myself for that one. dont know why but i was seriously craving salty/crunchy carbs all day yesterday
I did the same thing yesterday!!! The pita chips are new to me but they are tasteless yet yummy.0 -
actually today's been pretty good.. i usually have a peppermint ghiradelli chocolate square because i have some leftover from the holidays. but none today I did get some fro yo butttt feel pretty good about it because:
- i choose blueberry flavor over cake batter (the latter is my ultimate faveeee)
- despite those ginormous fro yo cups, i filled yogurt to about 1/3 the cup. portion control for the win
- no candy toppings. opted for blackberries and mango instead!

I think that too much lingering on mistakes only causes that helpless downward spiral (and for me at least) leads to eating "because the day is already ruined."
That being said, I do wish I had not had so much processed sugar today in the form of some Trader Joe's European style chocolate covered cookies, a buttermint, and the semi-sweet chocolate piece I thought was going to help curb sweet cravings... Sigh. Tomorrow is another day!0 -

I don't ever think of calories as wasted but I do splurge once in awhile and today it was pure maple syrup on my oatmeal....yum!0
