    my parents have a pizza shop in a town "bondeno" is near Ferrara(little city)...this city is not very popolar for people of other countries..but it's a 100 km from venice..(a very popular city)

    I have been to Ferrara, but not to Bondeno. It is such a beautiful area there!! You must miss it so much! Tell your parents "Ciao" from all of us here in the USA, and hope to get there again to see your "bella Italia"! ( I threw the coin in the fountain, so it has to be!) Will definitely make the effort to get to their pizzeria and have a "skinny" slice!

    saturday Lactate test..and this week two exam..so i need to move some workout and combine them...tomorrow insane morning total leg workout..i suppose i will not able to walk..then tuesday completly off da, no cardio,nothing!wednesday upper body..thursday and friday HITT and LISS

    We were kind of in the same situation.....except I am 5' 6" and weighed 225lbs. I was wanting to get down to 165-155lbs but keep worrying I would just feel too small. What do u think? You look very muscular @ 141lbs though, so it might not be that bad.
