    You can keep the sweets, but carbs and salt are my weakness! Chips, bagels, MARGARITAS (with lots of salt), fries, pasta... ugh I'm hungry.

    Fast. Food. I don't eat it very often anyway, but whenever the option to do so comes up I'm like...ah, I shouldn't, but it's sooo good.

    Also, Chinese food. Even my favorite, the broccoli and garlic sauce has insane calories in it and I'm like -cry-

    Ice cream has been the one that is hard for me to stay away from. So that has been my new years resolution is to not eat anymore ice cream or sweets this year and so far have done well.

    I have been ice-cream free since the end of October. Sugar free, except Christmas day, as well. It really is worth it! cravings go way down! Good Luck to you! and congratulations on your life style change!

    Cheese is a tough one, love melted cheese in sandwiches. You can substitute cheddar cheese with low fat cheese though.
    CHOCOLATE is a killer.
    Biscuits.
    Anything that's handy and tasty really.

    I love chips.........salty, crunchy. I've found a great subsitute in Sensible Portions Veggie Chips/Straws.........you really CAN eat a lot, and they satisfy that crunchy/salty thing.

    I love bread, too. Good, crusty bread with butter. I'd eat that over a cookie ANY day.

    BEER...........and not that light crap, either.

    I still have these things, but try to be more moderate.

    I have as much trouble staying away from healthy foods as I do unhealthy foods. That's why I always try to have plenty of healthy foods on hand. It's easy to say no when someone brings donuts to work if I have a healthy snack that I like in my desk. It's not to grab a bag of chips if I have some tasty smoked almonds on hand.
