Dizzy while exercising

It could be low blood pressure. Mine is usually 90/60, and regardless of what I eat, I always get lightheaded when coming up from a plank, or when doing "bottom half" lunges or squats, or a yoga hang, etc. My diet fluctuates from higher carb to very low carb (I feel better on low carb) and it usually doesn't make a difference. Not that this helps your problem, but it could be the reason.0
