    I change my photo often,my profile is open so its not like people can only see my profile pic,I've got several pics of me and my family and update and change photos often ,sometimes to show my old overweight self and or current,sometimes just to c how superficial people are and add me as a friend purely because of my pics of me in my current fit state.but I'm sure every1 has many reasons and just as many pick a pic and just don't care lol.

    I picked it out of the billion pics i have of myself because im showing my teeth which i never do in pix, I was really happy & I felt good about myself.. It motivates me to lose weight so i can be that happy and confident once again. =]
