    I so don't want to do this but know this is what I need to do....

    My screen name is Amandaj and I am a member of the black team. :smile: I need this challenge too very badly and it will be a challenge since I can't hardly do 10 sit-ups. :laugh:

    My original start weight was 180 lbs, now it is currently 158 lbs. My goal weigth is 135 pounds.

    My motivation behind this challenge is simple - it is my hanging pouch of a stomach!

    i will be posting our group list by 10 am today so look for it this is a good time to meet new people and make friends that you can even check in with and push each other.

    dont forget we still need to fill in the dates listed above with small challenges... so today is the day to give me those great ideas who knows one week we may have 2 extra challenges depending on everyones ideas.

    By the way if at any time any one wants to drop out please let me know so i can take you off the roster..

    I did mine at hated every minute of it! It's going to take a LOT for me to follow through on this! I am so bad with ab work!

    i did 25 this morning 15 normal situps and 10 crunches man i have a bad back hubby was right lol but i pushed threw it oh yeah my puppy thought i needed a little extra weight during my situps and sat and my stomach lol hey talk bout a work out with a 25 lbs beagle on you lol

    Good morning.. I got 50 in this morning.. I broke it up into 2 sets and I was burning bad.. I am so bad with ab work.. I have this hope they will one day fix them selves with me giving no effort.. Yea right! So I know that isn't going to happen..

    I love this challenge and can't wait to see my results in 30 days..

    ajasiak - question for ya - are we going to do any measurements??

    Just so everyone knows full sit ups are really bad for you!!! I read up on it when the 200 challenge started up.
