I just made some! They really good, but not exactly what I expected, but really good! Once I had the first one I had to have a second. Once I had that... I was hooked. I ended it making it my lunch, eating 4 muffins for 368 cals. I bought a lower calorie marinara sauce and used a quarter of a cup of it for only 25 calories (which is included in the 368).
I guess I expected them to rise more or be bigger and more fluffy. But the more I think about it, the edges were really good and the cheese got crispy and delicious so I think I like them just the way they are. Next time I'll add some garlic.0
