My weakness is not a specific food but a time of day: bedtime.
I turn into Mr Hyde and binge away if unable to manage this obvious trigger.0 -

Chocolate and chips and dip! I have cut down quite a bit of it. I have also almost eliminated soda.0

Taco Bell and Pizza...I still have both every week...just planned out and in moderation.0

Haha Food in general. I can't seem to control my appetite. I try to eat lots of veggies but when I run out I get desparate. And then when I cook dinner major downfall with portion control....its so hard when its so good.0

My biggest craving is chocolate. I find eating Aktins Bars helps me with that problem. It satisfies my cravings. Especially the carmel, chocolate crunch.0

Kit Kats, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Jack and Coke. I crave those 3 things like I am a pregnant woman craving pickles. They are tough to give up or at least minimize.0

Wine, cheese, and chocolate. If French women can do it, so can I. (Also, this is why I build in treats and treat meals. A world without those items is not a world I'm interested in being a part of.)0

Taco Bell and ice cream. I can't keep ice cream in the house so I don't buy it and I've stopped going to Taco Bell altogether.
I also have a huge problem eating after dark. Once it gets dark, I get cravings for anything! I'm fighting those demons, tho it's not easy.0 -
Cheeseburgers. When I see one in someone's diary I have to take 10 deep breaths. Then eat something green.0

Sweets, esp chocolate, oh I love the stuff. I've been doing good though I bought chocolate weight loss shakes to get my once a day chocolate fix! :laugh:

Sour cream and onion chips with some dip, man, some beef jerky, some peanut butter. Get some Häagen-Dazs ice cream bars, a whole lot, make sure chocolate, gotta have chocolate, man. Some popcorn, red popcorn, graham crackers, graham crackers with marshmallows, the little marshmallows and little chocolate bars and we can make s'mores, man. Also, celery, grape jelly, Cap'n Crunch with the little Crunch berries, pizzas. We need two big pizzas, man, everything on 'em, with water, whole lotta water, and Funyons.0
