Turkey hill chocolate peanut butter ice cream. I havent had that in 8 months. I am 18lbs from goal weight...I plan to eat it very soon..lol

Sweets...mainly chocolate anything! Cookies ice cream cake! I do good for a week or two then i break and feel guilty then start from scratch again! Proves were all human!0

BREAD~ and i'm not talkin about whole wheat!!!... I lust after a nice baguette, soft dinner roll, bagel, croissant, garlic, sticks (cheese in the middle is nice too) corn muffins, fritters... I could go on and on~ Ahhhhhh0

This is quite the delicious threat!
Mine: Wine. Chocolate. Cheese. Fresh baked bread....Yum. Now I just wanna stuff my mouth with all of those!
What I like to do is remind myself of all the healthy foods I adore, salads with palm hearts and avocado with balsamic vinaigrette. Delish!0 -
