How are you tracking distance? I use my phone for the app, and it wont run endomondo or anything at the same time.
I'm using a treadmill in the gym which equates distance and want to now improve my time and speed onthe treadmill before taking it out on the road as i believe its a lot different road running0 -
This morning I started looking for 5k races near to me just so that I can do a race (no chance of winning mind) but there are none only a 10k Now I never thought I would ever hear my self say this as it was so not me ..............................I have committed to doing a 10K on 17th June 2012 I have a way to go yet but im hoping0
