That is an amazing pictorial. I'm so excited for you and it gives me hope that I'll be able to tone as well. I've gone from 238 and have a goal weight of 130 for now. I get very motivated when I picture what I'll look like in a sleeveless dress. It must be a wonderful feeling. Congrats!! Nice work!0

Turbo Fire is a workout program made by Chalene Johnson, a DVD set of cardio, HIIT, and some strength training classes. If you're interested, send me a message and I can give you a link. I don't wanna spam the forums though! :laugh:
As far as my stretchmarks go (I know a few people have commented on them disappearing) they're not completely gone, but a lot harder to see now. The lighting is a big factor too lol. I do tan, especially during the summer. That definitely helps to reduce how much they show - but the ones on the sides of my hips will probably always be very visible as they are quite deep. Another tip, body butter! XD
Believe me, anyone can achieve muscle tone and lose the body fat % - but it takes a lot of HARD work and dedication. I literally worked my butt off as they say! :laugh:0 -

You look AMAZING! I did one round of TF starting May 2011 and one round of Chalean Extreme after that, but my eating sucked. I'm now one week into my second round of TF with my diet in place (finally), so this was just the inspiration I needed. Excellent work!!0

Wow That is great Work ! My numbers are the same started @190 and want to get to 130 I have lost 37 so far but I am losing motovation and I am not losing for several weeks . what are you eating and what kind of exercises do you do? If you don't mind me asking:ohwell:0

Thank you! I eat lots of different kinds of foods, but just try not too eat too much processed / fried / fast foods. I still have some occasionally though! I do Turbo Fire 6 days a week - and I got a Wii Fit for Christmas so I play on that sometimes, but mostly the Turbo Fire!0 -

WOW!! You accomplished so much in 6 months! I am 5'4 but right around the same weight as you started. I need to check into TF - I normally do better at the gym, but I am going to try the DVDs! How many calories a day did you limit yourself daily?? Also, how many minutes/hours a day did you workout?
