WOW! February has been a great month so far. I've been watching my calories, eating clean, no alcohol, no eating out, drinking lots and lots of water and running lately and it's obviously paying off.
IT FEELS GREAT THAT AFTER A YEAR WITH MFP I'M FINALLY IN ONEDERLAND and I'm almost at my 50 POUNDS LOST mark! YAY ME!:flowerforyou:

My loses seem to be slowing down, maybe it's because i've only got 9lbs to go until goal weight.
I've started 6 week 6 pack too so perhaps I may not lose weight but inches. I'll hopefully be at 112lbs next week as I have never got to that number, always bouncing between 113 and 1160 -
