    I need to lose 10lbs. I haven't lost anything this year so far. :( On the plus side, I've started this month with some basic goals. My goals for February are:

    - drink 1 gallon of water daily
    - 30 grams of fiber daily
    - at least 100 grams protein daily

    Doing good on the water so far. I'm almost at 6 cups, and just need two more to hit my goal for the day. I'm making chili for dinner, and that will add more bulk for fiber.
