Just a question: have you guys been eating your 1200 calories/day AND eating your exercise calories? It seems that no one has the answer.....
Most days I eat my exercise calories. I have my settings at 1320 and never go under 1200 because that puts your body in starvation mode. I hope that helps!0 -

Week 2- 222.4 lbs (Wednesday Feb 15) I've been horribly sick and unable to work out for a week. Considering I never left my bed I am happy I didn't gain!
Week 3- 220.9 lbs (Wednesday Feb 22) still dealing with sickness this week. Yesterday was the first day I was able to work out in almost 2 weeks. I won't be hitting my goal this time.

If your goal is 10 pounds you may still make it. The best is you didn't gain any. When we started I wanted to lose 10#'s but I'm so glad to lose I'll take what I get. It's all very hard work to lose at all. You'll do great when you get back to your ole' self. This "bug" that's going around is a real stinker. Hope you're feeling better soon. Hang in there.0 -

Thanks. This is as sick as I remember being in a long time. I missed both my birthday and Valentine's day too which isn't fun. I'm not beating myself up over not reaching this goal. I am 2 pounds away from 20 pounds in 2 months so it all evens out.0 -
