    Week 3- 201 lbs (Wednesday Feb 22) -2.5 (-9.5 lbs total so far!!)

    Week 3 - 186 lbs (Wednesday Feb 22) Gained 1lb. Terrible, was on holiday ate unwisely and no work out. Will have to do better

    ell the holiday has cost me for this challenge but still very pleased. Only 2.6lbs gain with a very enjoyable time. Will now try to lose this during this next week.

    There sre so many challenges on here, many similar so I'm not sure if I've posted on this one last week or accidently missed it out or not. I'll put all of Feb on here anyway

    So far with one week to go I've lost 8lbs. I've made up the week when I had no change. Usually I put on a bit in the week owing to eating when at work etc so the chances of getting that last 2lbs off by Thursday isn't good, but lets have a go!
