    Week 2- 301 lbs (Wednesday Feb 15) [lost 0 lbs]
    Week 3- 298 lbs (Wednesday Feb 22) [lost 3 lbs]
    Week 4- 295 lbs (Wednesday Feb 29) [lost 3 lbs]

    Total Lost: 10 lbs (Thursday March 1)
    I made my goal! It was touch and go because of week 2, but I prevailed.

    Looking forward to the March challenge when/if it is posted.

    Week 1 - 190 lbs (Wednesday Feb 8 ) *gain
    Week 2 - 187 lbs (Wednesday Feb 15) *loss of 3 lbs. Back to my starting weight!
    Week 3 - 183 lbs (Wednesday Feb 22) *after a bunch of yo-yo'ing/water weight... I finally went down. :)
    Week 4 - 180.8 lbs (Wednesday Feb 29)
    Total lost - 179.8 - Lost 8 lbs (Thursday Mar 1)

    I'm definitely in for the March challenge!
