    Awesome and inspiring success story! II can be done! : ) I started out as a size 16 also and want to get down to a size 6. Sometimes it seems daunting, especially when I plateau, as I'm doing right now. Very frustrating, but it's a good obstacle to learn to bust through. Keeping track of food and exercise on here is a big plus, as well as getting support from others and reading success stories like yours. Congrats!

    What a fantastic post! I have fallen off the wagon, though luckily have not put on but a few pounds....trying to get back with it. Your story is very encouraging and I am going to get religious with it again. I will not over eat with calories at all during my rebound. I can be very determined and I think I am in that mindset now. Thank you for posting this very inspirational story. To our success...your realized and mine in the making.
