    1. A gym Membership
    2. Food Scale
    3. Good reusable water bottle (even though it doesn't fit in the cup holders at the gym, it has a freezer core and helps me measure how much water I'm drinking!)

I think my best purchase for my Get Fit Journey is my Nike + sneakers, Ipod. I can not wait to get going in the morning. I love tracking how far I walked, what my pace is and how many calaries I burned. It makes me think this lifestyle change really isn't so bad.

Gym membership. 2 hours after joining I was at my goal weight lol. Seriously, I have access to so much equipment I need while I get my body back to 'normal'.

The thing that's helped me most so far was actually free -- a membership to MFP.

Me too! BY FAR!! I am actually believing that I can do this this time!

My bike! I struggled for years to find an exercise I liked and then I bought a bike. It's so much fun, I forget that I'm exercising.

    My best purchases were:
    1. Food Scale
    2. Great pair of gym shoes
    3. Polar FT-40 heart rate monitor. This way I KNOW how much I burn during my work out and it's no longer a guessing game.

1- A family membership to YMCA
2-A annual Membership for the playcare (Now I can drop the kids and go workout every day if I want to)
3-A comfortable swim suit. (After my workout me and the kids spend some time in the warm pool. It's a great reward after a workout.)
4-MP3 player (only costed me 20.00$ and now I'm really into my workout)

1.) My FoodSaver, which I've had for YEARS, but just recently started using it seriously. Now I divy up my food in single serving sizes to avoid over eating.
2.) ProduceSaver bowls. They keep my fruits & vegy's fresher & I don't waste nearly as much as I used to.
3.) My new digital scale. I find I use it just cuz it's "fun"! lol
