    we start again tomorrow. if you would like to join just copy and paste the list and add your name. everyone normally does this when they weigh in tomorrow. we run the challenge for 6 weeks. this is the last week for this one and than on tuesday next week we start another one all over again. the name of that one just left me.
    please join us. we are a great bunch of girlie's. ranging in ages, weights, what we do for a living.....

    morning ladies... well i am starting to see results!!! sooo exciting!!!! :flowerforyou: down to 146.4 today!!! a number I have not seen in a long time... and i think if i check in friday it will be even lower!!! have a great day...     So.... I didn't lose anything this week. Didn't gain anything either :laugh: So, all in all it's a win for me! I did have an outrageously high sodium day yesterday though (I was over 4000 mg) because I had a taco bell cheesy double beef burrito for lunch and the last of the corned beef and cabbage for dinner last night. Only went over my calories by 2, so that was good. And maybe I would have seen a loss if it hadn't been for the sodium. But, I'm showing what I have, one way or the other.

    I've only lost a pound, but who knows I just had my shake for breakfast a few minutes ago.. anyways just got back from the gym.. does anyone know how to truly add the strength training stuff on the exorcise tab.. do I need to know the exact name of the machine?

    Holy Moly gals! I am UP this week! 166! That's 3 pounds since last week!:noway: Not quite sure what happened there, and now I'm actually over my goal by 3 pounds! AH! I may be retaining some things also. Yesterday was a heavy carb day...so who knows! Oh well. Maybe the baby is just gaining more these days!:wink: (I can hope, right?)

    ANYways...need to get to some work, but I'll check back later!

    Robin, sometimes maintaining is just fine!!! :bigsmile:

    Brit, no idea how many calories strength training burns. I think it's pretty low, but it's great for your body and helps overall so much. Just not a high cal burner.





    I am starving, so I'm making lunch now (11:17a here). Means I will be eating an afternoon snack which I try to avoid. Oh well. Good thing I'm having a decently low calorie spaghetti dinner (prepared last night AFTER I ate dinner, so I wasn't hungry or rushed, already portioned out to be reheated tonight).

    LOL... I didn't notice either! Sometime by the end of this week we need to vote on the name we want for the upcoming challenge too... I know there was Sixer's Hopping into Spring (in honor of Easter), Sixer's Spring into Summer, and Kristin, I can't remember the one you came up with....

    Brittany, if you go into cardio, there is a strenght training option that will give you the calories (and add them back into your day too :wink: )

    Good job planning ahead Lauryn... I went back to bed this morning, and am just starting to think about what I want to eat today. I'm going out to lunch with a friend, so I need to eat light for breakfast, since lunch is only an hour and a half away. OMG, I have to put a cake in the oven, it needs to be done before I go, because the kids are decorating it after school... No more board surfing for me!

    kistin....yes, the little one is gaining weight.
    robin....same is always the best of the "other one"....:wink:
    B....good job on the pound. a pound is a pound and not on you anymore. i wear a HRM so i just put it all in at once as a gym visit and the total calories.
    shanell...where are you. she has been so busy, she didn't even notice it was a different name. neither did i. on well. we do love ourselfs...:drinker: :love:
    em...great job.

    i had to take DH to dentist for an 8 appt. he had been up all night working and was falling asleep in the chair and i didn't want him driving falling asleep in my car. so i took him. than dropped him back off at home, left for the gym. pushed through the workout. my body is saying i just don't have the energy, strength, or stamina to do this today. couldn't get the HR up to where i like it. just pushed the 90 mins, and burned 950. i try to at least reach 1000. i just couldn't do the last 50. so maybe tomorrow will be a rest day. or today. DH will sleep now for most of the day. lunch time around the corner.
