5'5" and my goal is 135 lbs. I've never liked the skinny look, so I think 135 is good. If I like what I see at 140, I might stop there too. As long as no body part jiggles...0

i am 5/2 my goal is 135...i have a long ways to go...and i have not weighed myself yet..its been five days now..and i feel great. i am finally doing 14 min 30 seconds a day in exercise with breaks in between one day i will get where i dont need breaks but i am not there yet.0

I'm 5'4 and my initial goal is 140lbs just to prove to myself that I can get back there and I can do this the right way, but ideally I'd like to be 118lbs. If I like my body enough on the way there, I'll stop, if I don't like it enough when I get there, I'll keep going, but that's the ballpark I'm heading for.0

I'm 5'3" aiming for 130 lbs; however, in high school I didn't even weigh that little, so I'll see what 140 looks like first. Hovering around 170 now, so it'll be good to see even 140 again.0

5' 5" and target of 131-133 lbs with body fat of 27% (currently 137 lbs down from 146 lbs with body fat of 33%)
I'm finding the weight loss fairly straightforward (don't eat as much) but the body fat is going to require a lot more effort, especially as I work 10-12 hour days running a business and don't have the time or energy to get to the gym

I use to work a whole lot as well, and I had to find a way to include strength exercises in my day...
For instance lunging down the hall, sqats while on the phone, and finding objects around me to lift while sitting at my desk reading reports...
I don't know if that could work for you, but any little bit helps. (Even using the bathroom counter to do raised push up on breaks...)0 -
5'5 - well I'm close to 200 pounds - so I'm shooting for 170 - by Halloween???? sounds impossible and scary - i'd better pick another date0

I'm 5'5", my goal is 129 lbs, but I'd be happy with 140 lbs. If I remember correctly, the range for my height is 111-150.0
