I'm 5'3" and my current goal is 122. I have been that weight before and that is a size 2 for me. However, having said that........I am a lot more muscular now so it may be difficult for me to achieve 122. I just want to look great!0

I'm 5'4" and I'm currently sitting between 125 and 130. My start weight was actually 145, but I have a small frame so it was not at all flattering on me. I'd like to get to 120. 115 is a possibility, but I think if I put on some lean body mass, 120 will be ideal for me. I'm a pear shape, so I'm just trying to work some of the excess fat off my thighs and booty right now.0

5'4" my original goal was 120 then I wasnt quite happy so I changed it to 115. Once I reached that I still wasn't quite happy again so now I am shooting for 110 but I am not pushing it as hard as I was in the beginning.0

When it comes to goal weight, we all know our own bodies best. Set the goal at whatever is comfortable for you.

I'm 5'4". My goal is 135-140. Right now I'm 143 and haven't lost more than 5 pounds in the last 6 months. I'm pretty happy with where I am right now, and I'm not stressing about losing. I'm really happy that I'm able to maintain. My goal is to lose another 5-10 lbs, however long that takes.
I'm more or less exactly the same. At 143 and I wanna lower my bodyfat a bit more, prob under 10 pounds but I'm not in a hurry.0 -
I am 5'3. Have a medium build and muscular. My goal is 137. The smallest I have ever been as an adult (26) was before I got married and that was 130. I really don't have a definite goal. Somewhere between 130-140. I am 141 now and a size 4 so I am happy where I am at.

I was always taught 100 pounds for the first 5 feet, 5 lbs. for every inch tall after that. Whatever you feel best at personally should be your goal : ) I'm 53 years old (tomorrow), 5'3", mother of 5, just lost the 12 lbs. that keep creeping on every few years and I'm back to 116. I read through the replies and it varies SO much, there is no "you should weigh this."0

Please, young women, do NOT go for super skinny. What you see on TV is not normal. 100 pounds for the first 5 feet, plus 5 pounds for every inch taller than 5 ft.......no less!0

I am 5'5", and my goal weight is 140. From everything I have read it says 125-145 is the best for my height. I have a large frame, large chect and am quite muscular. I feel that if I am comfortable and feel good about myself at a higher weight than 140 I will be happy. I think we focus too much on numbers. I must admit I weigh myself way too often, I guess it's the best way to see your exact results. Anyways, I think every person is different, we all have very different builds. The important thing is to make sure you are healthy and are happy at what you see in the mirror.0

I'm 5'4'' and I currently weigh about 152. I'm aiming for 140, and then going to take it from there. But more importantly I'm aiming for size 8 jeans. I can currently wear some 10's, but they aren't the most comfortable. So to drop down to 8's I think I would be content. In my teens I was usually 135-140, and I was happy with that. Plus I've had a breast reduction since those days, so more exciting to me is to wear smaller shirts than I could as a teen!0
