Wow... I think I would look like a sick twig if I went down to or past 120. I don't even think I could weigh that much anymore anyway, the last time I weighed that much was freshman year of High School.

I am 40 and it takes me months to lose any amount of weight. So I rarely weigh myself. (I don't want to get discouraged) I work out 6 days a week (Turbo Fire, Insanity and walking). I eat clean 6 days a week and have 1 cheat day a week. ( I recentley started allowing myself a cheat day). I am very dedicated in my health and fitness goals and I never miss a workout. I am giving myself 1 year to lose approx. 40lbs.... I wish you all luck on reaching and maintaning your health and fitness goals...0 -

I am 51 and let me tell you - it does not come off like it use to when I was younger. In my teens, 20s I was 100 pounds even. After kids I settled in at 117. Now at 51 I am in the 130's. 100 is too light now, but I look awesome at 120 so that's my goal!0 -
