    Once I hit around 150lbs then I will be able to talk more with recruiters and maybe even join the military. But, I dont finish school until Dec. 2012 so I want to get done to 130 lbs and be toned by then...... staying positive!

    Hello!

    I'm 5'3" (and a half) :)

    SW - 148
    CW 145
    GW - 120 (but we'll see as I near my goal how I look!)

    I spent many years bouncing around the 122 mark and I felt happy there so that's what I want. My fear is where I lose the weight. I'm definitely bottom heavy and last time I lost some weight (I think I got to 136) I lost it mainly off my top half and not where I want to shift it from. Has anyone else got this problem?

    HW: 136 lbs (before joining)
    SW: 114 lbs (when I joined here)
    CW: 110 lbs
    GW: 99 lbs

    My Goal-Weight includes not just weight-loss, but also lots of muscles I still have to gain back. Had a pretty tough half year because of a hip injury, so wasn't able to do sports AT ALL, which resulted in sitting at home in front of the TV. Now that I am fit again, I want my old weight (and muscles and strength!) back =)

    Almost at my goal weight now, honestly I am happy with 127 but I always fluctate and gain a few then lose a few so I figure if I aim for 124 then gain a few I will still be under 130. Hopefully I can get it together and drop my last 3-4lbs by summer time! :happy:

    Congrats on reaching your goal! It's not too easy for me in my 30s and w/ 2 kiddos my body doesn't want to reach goal.

    Welp here goes:

    H: 5' 3"
    SW: 158.6 lbs
    CW: 131 lbs (fluctuate between 129-132)
    GR: 120-124 lbs

    I was 125 when I graduated from HS 9 years and 3 kids ago. I was my happiest at 120 though. :)

    I'm 5'3" and small/medium frame, and my GW has kinda fluctuated...

    Originally I wanted to get down to about 120, but I've changed that to 130 because #1 I'm not as concerned with the number on the scale as I am with my body fat percentage and #2 I just don't think 120 is realistic for me given that I'm naturally quite muscular.

    So my main goal is 18% body fat (I'm at about 33% right now) and a size 4 or 6. When my butt is nice enough that I can wear a thong bikini in public (not that I'm sure I'd actually do it, but to know that I could), then I'll know I've done my job :)

    Hi ladies!

    I am 5'2.75 inches, so I always just round up a quarter inch with a poof in my hair.

    SW: 170
    CW: 144.5
    GW: 110-115 with slight muscle definition

    I know it sounds super tiny, but members of my family are about that weight and since we're of similar composition, I figure that would be a good goal. Of course if I get to 125 and I'm buff enough to survive a zombie apocalypse, I'm good with that as a stopping point too :)
