Almost at my goal weight now, honestly I am happy with 127 but I always fluctate and gain a few then lose a few so I figure if I aim for 124 then gain a few I will still be under 130. Hopefully I can get it together and drop my last 3-4lbs by summer time! :happy:0 -

Congrats on reaching your goal! It's not too easy for me in my 30s and w/ 2 kiddos my body doesn't want to reach goal.

I'm 5'3" and small/medium frame, and my GW has kinda fluctuated...
Originally I wanted to get down to about 120, but I've changed that to 130 because #1 I'm not as concerned with the number on the scale as I am with my body fat percentage and #2 I just don't think 120 is realistic for me given that I'm naturally quite muscular.
So my main goal is 18% body fat (I'm at about 33% right now) and a size 4 or 6. When my butt is nice enough that I can wear a thong bikini in public (not that I'm sure I'd actually do it, but to know that I could), then I'll know I've done my job0 -

I am 5'2.75 inches, so I always just round up a quarter inch with a poof in my hair.

I know it sounds super tiny, but members of my family are about that weight and since we're of similar composition, I figure that would be a good goal. Of course if I get to 125 and I'm buff enough to survive a zombie apocalypse, I'm good with that as a stopping point too0 -

I'm like you! I have my original goal set to 120 but now that I'm down to 137 I think that may be wayyyy to low. I'm a size 2 so I don't see how I can get much smaller. I definitely don't want to be a 00. We probably just have a lot of muscle. I was a college athlete so I've always weighed much more than I look from muscle
But weight isn't important to me. I DO NOT want to be "skinny fat". Currently my BF% is 22% so I'd like to be around 18%0 -
I am barely 5'4" and I always looked the best at 1150

I'm 5'4", my goal was always 130 (I'm over 40). I got there, and thought I was happy. I then bought the book racing weight about runner's ideal weight. I put this plan in place and lost 10 more lbs. I've never put too much importance on weight though as I have body fat%, I'm currently at 15-17%, which is a little low for me, but I'm race training, I will get a little more after my race is complete. When I weighted 130 - I started a new training program and dropped another clothing size w/o dropping any weight by doing P90X2.0 -
