*This has always been the most comfortable weight for me.

I have 2 children and 8 yr and a 1 yr old. Finding time to workout is very difficult.
I'm a stay at home mom and home school. My husband doesn't get home till 6pm so getting to the gym after dinner takes a lot of mental strength.
I'm always looking for friends to help keep me motivated.

GW 115 but I have been here forever I lose a few and get them right back I run a mile or so 4 times a week. Probably eat too much mindlessly and do not remember to log it or maybe portion size?0 -
I had originally set my goal weight at 115, but judging by my current lean body mass, that seems to be too low. I am now trying to get a more accurate test before reassessing my goals. I bumped it up to 120 though. I'm 123 right now.0

I am definitely a medium/athletic build with lots of muscle...its good to see other 5'3"-ers with similar goal weights! I always feel like I am on the higher end but its because I really am just built curvier and more muscular than my skinny minny friends!0 -

I"m 5'3 and 1/2 and My SW was 136. GW IS 120-125. I'm at 125 and I'm pretty comfortable. Getting toned and I don't know if I want to lose anymore...I want to look fit and healthy and think that 120 would make me look skinny...but we'll see.0
