    GW: 124 (That's a BMI of 22 which is pretty healthy to me and what my Dr. recommends)

    My main goal is to get to the GW and see if I want to go down to 120 or not, but I'm sure I'll be happy between 124 - 130.

    Right now I'm stuck at 115 but I'm doing P90X2 and I'm fine with the extra muscle weight. I'm actually fine with where I'm at now I would just like to get rid of that last little pouch on my belly. :)

    im 5'3 and medium framed

    GW: 115

    then once i get to 115 im going to start toning and gaining muscle so if it goes up a couples pounds it could go up 10 pounds and im not gonna freak bc muscle weighs more than fat and the more muscle i have the better it'll be bc muscle also burns fat, and id rather be toned and have deffinition and weigh alittle more, and be skinny toned then be skinny fat (youre skinny and dont weigh that much but its all fat not muscle. thats skinny fat.)

    My goal weight isn't set in stone, I'd rather go by my clothes size than weight, when I get down close to my goal weight. :)

    I was 130 when I got married (8 yrs ago). I had a ton of muscle tone and still had curves from pilates and kick boxing. I don't know if I want to limit my carbs and dedicate my life to working out everyday for 2+ hrs again so I will be happy at 140 and healthy :)

    When I was 130. I was wearing 2's and 4's.

    I am getting married in late summer and am trying to be toned more than anything for the honeymoon lol. The dress ... I can wear spanx over spans to look amazing. Now a bikini ... that is another story!

    GW: 110-120. I tend to pack a pretty good amount of muscle so I be good at 120-125 if I can get the squishy bits toned up.

    HW: 178 (A couple of years ago)
