I'm not really sure about my goal weight. I've done the wrist measurement thing to determine my frame size which has told me that I have a large frame. At 140 my BMI still suggests that I've overweight. I'm still trying to figure out my goal.0 -

I have a small/medium frame up top with a set of wide hips. 120 is the ideal weight for me. I'm bottom heavy, so any lower than that and I start to look unhealthy up top. Appearing and feeling healthy is my priority over the actual weight.0 -

Know what you mean. I am pear shaped, and you can see some of my ribs under my collarbones. But I don't think I look unhealthy or sickly, well at least I hope not.0 -

GW=118 lbs ( one I can maintain that wont have me obsess about my intake). But I was told that for my height and weight, I would look better with more lean mass at 120 lbs. So in the process of trying to add lean muscle and loose the body fat %. Really dont care where my weight ends up as long I look toned!0 -

Anybody else feel like its harder for us "smaller" girls to lose weight? I feel like Im doing more then some of the girls that weigh a lot more and its falling off of them and its not coming off of me easily! Ive changed diet and excersice. I seem to get frustrated with it more then others! Anybody else have these problems?0 -

I'm a size 6 now and pretty happy with that- not sure if 4 will be too small. I want to lose a few more inches around my middle and build more muscle. It's hard to say what my goal "weight is"- I just know I want to get rid of as much fat around my middle and increase muscle everywhere. Not sure how that will reflect on the scale.0 -

About 10 years ago I joined WW and got down to 130 pounds but never exercised ~ lost it easily because I was breastfeeding. Once my little one weaned, I immediately gained 10 -15 pounds back. But I was happy for the most part. Had two more babies and each time got back down to that weight, but after being diagnosed with depression (which it wasn't at the time) the meds I was put on caused me to gain 30 pounds in a year. That really did depress me and I kept gained another 5. Ugh! When I was at 145 I felt good so my first goal is to be less than 145, preferably at 140. From there I'll evaluate. I'll be happy buying a size 10/12 and having it fit well. With my hips, I have never been smaller than a 10 but maybe it's possible. LOL!
(And yes, I think it is harder for someone closer to their goal to lose weight than for someone well over.)0 -

I've been following the flat belly diet and I give myself a cheat day. For my workouts I do zumba and walk/jog 3miles 6day/wk. I am starting the insanity workouts next week0 -
I started at 143 and I'm 5'2 and now I'm at 130. My ultimate goal is 115-120, but hubby thinks 115 is too thin for me and he still wants a little meat on me lol.

I'm 5'3 and have been 120 pounds most of my adult life. I have always wanted to get down to around 105 pounds. I had a baby back in Sept and just got back down to 120 a few weeks ago. I am at 119 now and would like to lose another 15 pounds, but I would be happy around 110.0
