My main goal is to get to the GW and see if I want to go down to 120 or not, but I'm sure I'll be happy between 124 - 130.0 -

then once i get to 115 im going to start toning and gaining muscle so if it goes up a couples pounds it could go up 10 pounds and im not gonna freak bc muscle weighs more than fat and the more muscle i have the better it'll be bc muscle also burns fat, and id rather be toned and have deffinition and weigh alittle more, and be skinny toned then be skinny fat (youre skinny and dont weigh that much but its all fat not muscle. thats skinny fat.)0 -

I was 130 when I got married (8 yrs ago). I had a ton of muscle tone and still had curves from pilates and kick boxing. I don't know if I want to limit my carbs and dedicate my life to working out everyday for 2+ hrs again so I will be happy at 140 and healthy
