I have 2, to ware shorts in the summer, since I can't even remember when I have not worn shorts in the summer, and 2 to actually ware a bathing suit in the water, i ware board shorts and a big t shirt to the beach, which makes me feel worse cuz you have all the skinny B&^%H wareing sting bakinins and there i am in my boyfriends clothes lol0

Get back into my shorts that are only 1 size smaller than my current size.
Slimmer with a more defined body.
Lose fat and gain more muscle.
Get complimented on how I look by my parents.0 -

My NSG would be that my thighs don't touch because that friggin drives me insane!!0

To be able to fit into ALL of my clothes and look/feel great about myself
To get more toned and fit, gaining more muscle
To completely eliminate any form of fast food (finally)

To wear shorts for the first time in my life. Not boarder shorts or capris... shorts.
I'm 5'3 and my tubby little white legs just look AWFUL. I'm hoping losing weight and strength training will give me legs like Anna Paquin, don you know hur hur0 -
I want to be fit and happy with the way I look.
I want to rock a bikini for the first time in my life.. I want to do that this summer while at the same time surprise the HECK out of my boyfriend who will be returning from deployment!0 -

I wanna be able to shop at Wet Seal! I'm sooo close I can taste it!
And then I wanna be able to shop at other "trendy" places that most females my age get to shop at, instead of just Maurices and JCPenneys. Not that there is anything wrong with those clothes....I just want more variety and my little skinny sister has some rockin outfits from Wet Seal and A&F!0 -
To be able to shop in any section and not worry if the clothes go up high enough. Right now I can shop plus size, and sometimes regular but I am the highest size in regular, if they carry it!0

My short-term goal is to hit single-digit sizes;
I'm finally fitting into size 10 jeans (although they're a little snug), but I've never been able to wear an 8 or a small in anything.0 -
To be able to do ONE measly pull up!

Reach the 20's in my waist (I don't know specifically though since my waist has never been less than 31)

I have several scale goals (and size goals for that matter) but one of my NSGs is to be comfortable wearing a sleeveless dress. So many cute ones out there that I just refuse to wear right now. It would be awesome if I hit that goal by summer when we're getting family pictures done. But it may take me a LOT longer to get where I'd like to be for that.
The other day, I was grocery shopping and this guy came up to me and said, "You are so pretty. Do you model?" I started laughing. My goal is to receive such a complement ...without laughing hysterically!0 -

- to be able to walk into a clothing store & not have to try it on, just take off the rack!

To ride a century on my bike. This will happen in May. After that I'll need a new goal.
This is one of my goals this year too. Due to weather last year I got to 70, even though I did 80 on a training ride. This year I'll get my century. AND I have some goals that I want to cut some time off of some of my ascents on the bike.
My goal this year is to be LIGHTER, FASTER, STRONGER!0 -
To add at least 10kgs of lean muscle and to get down to at least 6% body fat in time for next summer0

To be comfortable in a bathing suit on the beach this year. To be able to wear my tank tops and look good in them. I would love LOVE to get to a size 8 but would be happy in a 10. For all these extra rolls hanging around to be GONE! To be able to wear my favorite pair of jeans hanging in the closet waiting for me.0

My NSG is to be able to keep up with my Marine buddy and do his tactical training/earn my "marine" attire.
Another NSG is to fit back into clothes that haven't fit me since my seventh grade year.0 -
1. Not to have to shop in plus-sizes
2. Not to get winded taking 2 flights of stairs
3. Not to have a double chin
4. Not to have chaffing
5. Not to have foot pain due to weight!!!!!!! That's actually a pretty big one for me!0 -
Id like to be able to wear a swim suit in the summer and not feel like I dont belong it. Im 25 in August so I'd like to wear a awesome sleeveless dress or halter neck dress and not feel like I have to put a shrug over the top of it to cover up. But well see taking it step by step!0
