I want to be back into a size 8 and be able to wear all my beautiful dresses again
I want to have tight arms, no more jiggly arm fat (I'm lifting a lot so hopefully one day!)
I want people to stop asking me when my baby is due (I am NOT pregnant and I never have been!) haha
I also would like to be able to go hiking with my husband more and not puss out on him!0 -
To not have any negative physical conidtions obviously aggravated by my weight -- normal blood pressure, normal cholesterol, normal blood sugar to name a few.0

my goal pant size is an 8. i really do not waant to be any smaller but we will see if that changes once i get there. and also i want to be able to wear a bikini for the first time EVER. the smallest i ever remember being is an 11....that is just not small enough for a bikini =/....oh wait i was a 9 when i was 9 months pregnant...thats just pathetic ...but that was my smallest0

my goal is to feel comfortable in some of my old clothes (size 6 again) and my old shirts that seem to have "shrink" and look like teenagers should be wearing them. LOL!0

I have a few.....
1. Get down to a Size 8
2. Run a 10K
3. Wear a 2 piece bathing suit that doesn't require the bottoms to have a "skirt" to cover my fat. I don't need a bikini, but... at least a fun tankini would be nice!!!0 -
My NSG is motherhood. I just can't wait for the precious baby bump. I am almost there!0

To be a chef. I love cooking but I don't want to go to college for it while I'm fat. I don't want to be the 'fat chef'.0 -

I just read a lot of the NSGs and they are awesome! I want to do a half ironman this August and that just might be crazy.0

In reality, all of them are non scale goals, because if the scales do not go down, we don't achieve them. But mine are to Bungee Jump, Ride a roller coaster, White water rafting, Zip line, Kayaking, Canoeing, Run in a marathon and compete in a mini triathlon.
Gotta get busy. I have a lot to do. Kayaking is next weekend.0 -

My NSG would be to be able to wear a bikini this summer and not feel like the "fat chick". Also to be able to put on my size 10 jeans and not have a muffin top or any squish what-so-ever coming from anywhere.......lofty goals for me in the past but I am motivated to do it now!!!
I have the same goals! I also just want to be in a healthy BMI range.
In terms of my firefighter training, I want to be able to do 3 rounds of airpak endurance testing and not be as winded as some of the guys are after 2 rounds. Heck I don't want to use up a full tank of air within 30 minutes...0 -
Single digit sized clothes....I will take an 8 or a 6 or a 4. :laugh:0

I have three non scale goals.... The first goal is to ensure that I look and feel comfortable in my wedding dress by the time July rolls around. The second is to be able to wear a pair of shorts again without feeling self concious. And the third is to be able to run a 5km marathon.0

To be in a single digit clothing size
To wear a sun dress and shorts for the first time in probably ten years!0
