Wendy's, Jack-in-the-Box, Round Table, and a bagger at Smith's grocery stores.

My first job was working at a day care center after school and on weekends. I made enough money to buy my own car. It was a 1960 Rambler and cost $150. I made payments on it. Whew! I'm old!!! :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:0

That was the good part. I made $1.70 an hour plus tips. Tips usually out did my hourly. On Saturdays I would sometimes walk away with $50 to $60 in tips.0 -

My best friend worked at the Chick-fil-a across from my ice cream parlor. After work we'd stand outside talking and he would smell like greasy chicken and I would smell like sour mild. What a pair we made. :laugh:0
