Gym or DVD?

Different preferences for different phases of my life. When trapped at home with very small child, DVDs worked well for naptime. Now that I have more freedom, I adore the escape of the gym. And the social aspect. And the variety. And the specific salsa class I'm obsessed with. And the access to the bar for heavy lifting.
But sometimes I prefer the great outdoors (ie, running there). Variety is the spice of life (and fitness).

Hi! I totally love doing my DVD's, no worries on paying that monthly gym bill. I have collected DVD's over the years and have my own little collection. They are inexpensive than having to paying a gym feel. Hope that helps you on your decision, Good luck!!0

I think the fact that I pay for my gym memberhsip MAKES me go a little more often than if it were just a dvd. I have an xbox kinect that I also use and is super convenient and a fun workout, but the fact that I am paying for my membership makes me go a lot more than what I use my XBOX.0
