Here are my official results for February:
Start - Feb 1: 148
End - March 1: 145
Total LOSS: 3 lb
I am actually quite happy with that, considering the work transition. My goal is to increase my activity in March.0 -
Just shy of 5 lbs, but pretty good about myself over the month. I took my wife on a date last night knowing full well I likely was going to consume more than I should given the goal.
In addition, given I initially went to the dark side and gained two pounds pushing up to 239 lbs from 237 lbs in the first 2 weeks of the month, I then pushed down to 232.4 lbs in the last 2 weeks for a net loss from start of 4.6 lbs but 6.6 lbs from a monthly high of 239 lbs.
2/1/2012 = 237 lbs
2/8/2012 = 237 lbs -- NO material CHANGE!
2/13/2012 = 239 lbs (+2 LBS)
2/20/2012 = Not Reported
2/28/2012 = 232.3 (-4.7 lbs)
3/1/2012 = 232.4
Total Loss: 4.6 lbs
Loss from high: 6.6 lbs [Finding the Positive in all things!]
Again, what I liked most about this month was the mid-month correction of a typical, as you might expect, few day swing overeating or ignoring the typical daily food plan. As a result of this little challenge, it helped me recognize the uptick and compensate in a healthy way by picking up my exercise.
Imagine if could lose 6.6 lbs in 2 week periods on a consistent basis! Man, I'd be sexy again in no time!0 -
