Help me pick out a dress! (Pics)

Hi! I am going to a Conference for work in Palm Springs Ca in a couple of weeks and we have an Awards Banquet one night that is "Semi Formal" ... I've been dress shopping and this is what I've narrowed it down to:

I need your opinion on which one you like best! (remember it IS a work function... so they are somewhat conservative :) ) hehe

By the way... I'd been shopping all day and not looking the best :)

    I really like Dress #1, I think it looks great on you. Second choice would be #4, but I really think that first dress looks amazing on you.

    I like dress 1. Gives a nice hourglass (the others do, but #1 does the most)

    number 4 - if it's a work thing and you have said its a conservative event, the black demure dress is never going to let you down. Add some good shoes, a little bit of discrete jewellery and you'll be good to go! Good luck x

    Dress number 1 is my favorite on you, too.

    Dress number 4 looks the most versatile. (Work function, date, etc) if that factors into anything.

    Dress #1.. just because it seems like we always hide in black and that print is hot! You look gorgeous in all of them but #1 just brings something extra... Love it!

    Dress 2 or 4, 1 and 3 have too much cleavage for a work function IMO!
