    #4 for a work function as you described.
    You look great in #1, but I say 4 because you're not going out on a date.

    Considering the occasion, I'd stay away from animal prints, even though that does look the best on you. IMO the best choice is #3. It doesn't make you look top heavy and its a little less provocative than #4.

    Dress number 1 is crazy hot. Dress number 4 looks really great, too, and may be most appropriate for the work function. Definitely one of the two of those, though.

    I like #1 the best... super sexy. 4 looks great too. But, if this is a work function, I would not suggest either of those becasue they show off "the girls" a little much. In my experience, it is not a good idea to show so much if this is a business function. However, if you do not work in an industry where that matters... go for #1. :smile:

    I believe Dress 1 is your choice. It gives you an hour glass figure and plays on your assets :) the girls and gives you a waist line.

    Hi! I am going to a Conference for work in Palm Springs Ca in a couple of weeks and we have an Awards Banquet one night that is "Semi Formal" ... I've been dress shopping and this is what I've narrowed it down to:

    I need your opinion on which one you like best! (remember it IS a work function... so they are somewhat conservative :) ) hehe

    By the way... I'd been shopping all day and not looking the best :)
