I woke up feeling well rested, got the little boy off to school. Hit the gym for Chest and Triceps and 30 minutes on the Arc Trainer. Now I am at home cleaning and just made some Mango Salsa too!

Got up to feed the cats and made some tea. Did 50 minutes of running, weight lifting and elliptical. Shower and get ready for work. Make a double espresso and a smoothie. B*tch all the other drivers out for being dumb*sses on my way to work. Jump on MFP.

    Repeat tomorrow.

Up to alarm, scale still playing bouncy games but I didn't swear at it, two whole grain toaster waffles with natural pb and a half banana and coffee, made 2 more of the quilt squares for my son's wedding quilt, then got to work no later than I usually am!

On the couch - because my husband is running a fever - with one nostril totally blocked up. Showered, dressed, walked the dog and got to work with no makeup on or hair remotely acceptable. Bought a bagel with peanut butter and have downed 6 cups of coffee but I'm still dragging *kitten*. I'll be spending the rest of my day up to my eyeballs in deadline work - then I get to go home and attend to my cry baby husband again, whip up something to eat out of out empty cabinets, force a run and then pick up after everyone before I get to go back to couch for another crappy night's sleep.

    Yay me!

Up at 5:30 so I could get to the gym and get in a workout and shower before my training client showed up at 8. She texted me at 7:30 while I was blowdrying my hair and asked if we could move her appointment to 2 or 3 this afternoon because she didn't sleep well last night. Ack! I could have slept for another hour!

30 minutes late, half naked , found my alarm clock in the kitchen plugged in next to the stove and my feet were dirty ( think I traveled outside at some point). Apparently I've taken up sleep walking.. still don't know where my pants are. Kinda scarey actually. This has never happened before. BTW I'm not kidding.. this really happened.

Ooh, be careful with the sleepwalking. I hope you live with somebody. I haven't done it regularly since I was little, and I only do it now on very rare occasions when I'm stressed. Having multiple locks on the door has kept me from going outside, but I'll go roam the apartment, move things, open the dryer, that sort of thing. It's disorienting, especially if you don't wake up in bed.

I started my morning by not wanting to get out of bed because of the cold. In spite of that, I managed to get brushed and clean and dressed, make breakfast (grilled cheese for DH, Kashi Go Lean Crunch for me), put my lunch together, get my dance bags together, and still make it out the door a minute early.

Breakfast then a 9:15 Spin Class then back home to relax before going to a meeting for work on my day off, how fun.

I woke up in a grumpy mood because of some postings last night on the boards. I went on to fb and my former "work mom" posted an online karoke song dedicated to me and I felt a bit better.

Mine strted with not wanting to get out of bed, then rushing to get to work and now sulking because it's almost 60 degrees outside and I'm stuck inside a pharmacy for the next 4 hours.

I started with some strength training then watched some of Days of Our Lives on Soapnet while I ate a spinach, egg and turkey burger wrap with a side of OJ

I got up and cursed at the blizzard outside. I finished a micro processor design. I realized there's no ink in the printer. I checked to see if classes were canceled multiple times while I warmed up some ribs (it wasn't). I drove to my old high school and walked 25 minutes to the university's math building in a blizard (I don't have a parking permit so I park a ways away). I managed to find someone with free printing abilities to print the micro processor code. I walked 20 minutes to engineering building (this time through the tunneling system). I finally got to the lab and the university's website went down. When it came back the university was closed. Me and the rest of the class passed in our designs and I walked another 20 minutes to my car. Thankfully I only got stuck 4 times even though I was bottoming out on snow going down a main road. I passed 6 other stuck vehicles on the way, all trucks and transport trucks. I then went home and shoveled. Then I decided to fill several lawns with snow angels before coming in to program some turing machines.

10 was suppose to fall but we had 20 by 4pm. Pics and news:
