    lol sorry dude, growing up during the 80s was far better than being born in the 80s. You missed out on a lot of good stuff. And all that Family Guy humor I'm sure goes way over your head

    Seriously, how can all of the "born in the 80's" kids really appreciate what we experienced! Poison concerts, the Stroh's 30 pack, huge fricken hair on girls (and musicians), Whitesnake's climb to superstar status and Live Aid (which I still have on Beta Max). How many actually know what Live Aid was without looking it up??

    I watched the full day of Live Aid, I argued with my mum when she tried to put me to bed that night, I was 5, I remember it clearly :happy:

    Live Aid was one of the greatest music days of the 80's! How can you beat Phil Collins playing at Wembley and then taking the Concorde to play in Philly on the same day?!?!?

    I was Wonder Woman for my first Halloween, my favorite toy as a toddler was a Sit-n-Spin, and my first "big girl" room was Strawberry Shortcake and Rainbow Brite!

    1982! I was She-Ra my first Halloween that I remember...and how about some New Kids on the Block...I thought I was so cool because I had a New Kids on the Block belt...lol. Oh, and how cool were the LA Gears with the different colored shoe laces...the 80's were Awesome!

    I bet you're right! I was born in '82 but it seems like I missed a lot of the fun. Did have some great toys and cartoons tho! I was a teen in the 90's...some fun stuff but not as appealing to me, especially the fashion.

    My kids are too young right now to try doing that stuff but there will be some beatings when they do!!!!
