My goals for today (2/28)
1. Drink 10 cups of water
2. Stay under 1500 calories
3. Burn 500 calories
4. Walk 12,000 steps
5. Register kids for swimming lessons - DONE
6. Wash all floors in house
7. Do daily Challenges Done0 -
Goals for Feb. 26:
1. Do my morning meditation.--Yes.
2. Lots of water!--No.
3. Healthy choices and portion sizes.--Yes.
4. Strength exercises if I'm not too achy.--Yes.
I did n't get here yesterday and I'm still feeling kind of sick. I did not have a good day yesterday and I seem to have lost all motivation. I will not give up!
Goals for Feb. 28:
1. Do my morning meditation.
2. Lots of water!
3. Healthy choices and portion sizes.
4. Walk for 2 miles--indoors or out.0 -
Goals for Monday were:
1. to make my morning workout a priority (C25K & dogwalk)
2. work on the procrastination list
3. figure out dinner & grocery list
I completed all 3 of these goals!!
Goals for Today are:
1.continue with my procrastination list because I am on a roll!! (specifically the hallway, bathrub & my bathroom.)
2.get an outdoor walk done even though it is freezing cold!
3. stay at calorie goal once again.0 -
I did n't get here yesterday and I'm still feeling kind of sick. I did not have a good day yesterday and I seem to have lost all motivation. I will not give up!

I am sorry you are not feeling well but on the days when you think you have lost motivation and feel yucky remember that you are keeping this challenge going and you are helping me more than you will ever know!! Take care of yourself first and the rest will fall into place!!!0 -

Can you believe the month is almost over? This month has flown by already... or maybe its because I've been so busy it just seems to have gone by quickly.0 -

What a great topic... Tomorrow I have both kiddwinks at home with me so it's hard to schedule in exercise..
1. Do a mini circuit session in street/ garden for 20 mins
2. Go for a 30 min pram push
3. Be slightly under cals, as I was slightly over today.

I completed 1 part of one of these goals. That makes the 2nd day of closing my diary under calorie and then eating late night! I will shoot for these same goals just for today.

I always have a tougher time achieving my goals when my family is home.
