My first post, hopefully I do it right!
I don't know who this is (I found it on Pinterest) but that's my current inspiration. She's not super skinny, but she's definitely not fat. She has beautiful curves, and a bit of definition.
I don't think a size 2, or a 6 pack, is a realistic goal for me, and I'm not even sure I'd chose that for myself even if I could pick any body I wanted.
THIS. I WANT THIS.
Me too!!!

I would be completely happy here!0 -
Britney Spears! Before her whole meltdown. Always wanted that bod since I first saw it! ha.

Muscles, but slightly higher body fat than fitness competitors.
Who is this?? LOVE her body type..
Jaime Koeppe. Apparently she was an amateur body builder, won some contest with WWE. BUT don't google image search her at work. She apparently has a lot of naked photos out there too....0 -
FEDOR EMELIANENKO

DAN SEVERN

I want to be thin but toned. Small waist, small arms (both of those come easy when I am at a smaller weight for me), and small legs with a nice butt that isn't too big (this is my problem area, my butt is always big, even when I was in a size 2). Not muscular or too defined, but solid looking, toned, and small...that's my ideal body shape.
I just did a quick google image search, something like this but with softer looking arms maybe (it could just be the angle though).
Don't know if the code will work but if it doesn't just copy the url and it'll pull up the pic.
I also like Kristen Bell and Rashida Jones shape, they are both thin but healthy looking.0 -

Thought, being realistic, I'm probably never going to get there.
Any guess what his body fat % is in this pic?
oh man, growing up in his town, and being the year younger than him...he was the guy all the girls were loving. he did go through the awkward teenage phase, but, looking back, it was a gorgeous(!!) awkwardness...hahaha! and he's more gorgeous now...0 -
I saved this on Pinterest because I think she has amazing arms and abs - my two trouble spots. I would not have the belly button piercing though ;-)
Tried to embed photo without success oh well

Personally, I love my body just the way it is - strong and healthy. The only things that are not "ideal" for me are my stretch marks and the loose skin, but that is the price I have to pay for being obese for years (although the skin thing might improve over time).
I don't look like a supermodel, and I'll keep working on getting stronger, but I'm proud of my body the way it is - my curves and my muscles.
I worked WAY too hard not to be happy with how I ended up (56% body fat to 23% body fat)
I went from this (51" Chest / 45.5" Waist / 54" Hips):
to this (38" Chest / 27" Waist / 37" Hips):
So do I look like a model or even like what most people would aspire to?
No.
But I do look like a fit, healthy version of myself. That's pretty ideal to me.
You are the person on MFP that most inspires me.0 -
