    I did so amazingly awesome this week. I lost 1oz. Which I can't complain since Easter weekend was a bust. Too bad yesterday was too for the most part (friends over for dinner).

    Back on the wagon and ready to shed some weight this week.

    One good thing is my son love Imagination Movers on the Disney channel. Every time the sing and dance he wants to dance too. So here I am holding my little boo dancing in the middle of my living for about 20 minutes. Ah, exercise with weights (27lbs kid).

    Good Morning to All,

    Today is weigh in day and I lost 3 pounds this week. It was worth the effort to bring our own food to the potluck, just say no to cheesecake, sweat with the oldies, walk miles at the dog park, ride the exercise bike, go to yoga and line dance classes, track my food before I ate it, and all the other stuff.

    I got to discard a bunch of stuff from my closet that is much too big. I cried about some of them because I love my clothes and don't know where I'll ever find stuff I like so much.....:sad: :sad: :cry: :cry:

    Jake hurt his back waxing and buffing his little red car---he has been to the chiropractor three times, had to sleep sitting up the first night, has to ice his back several times a day, and is on the road to recovery although we had to cancel the RV trip we had planned for next weekend.:sad: Jake does a cleanse program too and he loves it.

    Calliecat I'm going to have my usual oatmeal, applesauce, banana for breakfast, chicken veggie stir fry for lunch, apple hairy for snack, protein shake for dinner, kashi cereal and yogurt for nighttime snack

    Mish---dancing with your baby sounds like fun
    my poodles like to dance but they keep their feet on the floor and put their paws on my shoulders and it interferes with my movements.:laugh: My friends don't like coming here for dinner because we serve them broiled meat (in small portions), steamed veggies, salad, no bread, no dessert:laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

    Hi Mish--- i miss you this morning. I am sorry. Yeah on your dancing with that guy. 29 lbs is a good weight load. Keep it up and it will show up.

    Calie- I am SUPER sore today.. but it feels great!!!! I am going to the gym after work, I hope to walk between 3-5 miles today and then i will probably leave it at that so the rest of my body can recover. ^_^ Hows ur work outs going this week!?

    Mish- AWWW! I used to dance with the boys I nannied for! they love the Wiggles, and there is lots of dancing with the Wiggles. You picked an excellent work out haha! ^_^ Congrats on the weight loss by the way!

    Barbie- We have opposite problems, haha I have clothes that i love a TON that i don't fit into because theya re to small that i had to get rid of and i cried too. haha I am sorry about your trip and jake's back!!! I <3 traveling and clearly so do you! Congrats on the 3 pounds! that is SOOO wonderful! ^_^ Your hard work is totally paying off!!!! And yay for cleanses. I am think about adjusting mine though, since I am working out so hard core and so often my body is going to need carbs or i have a feeling I will get sick, so I am going to addd either dinner or lunch but my meal will consist of hummus and either baked pita chips or pita bread.. but I dont want to mess with the cleanse a ton, so I am going to do it on days when I work out, since i will burn off more calories then I consumed...

    Mfpme- U lazy bum get up! (JK! lol)

    Amy Lou- hows the paper coming?

    Colorado- the weather improve any?!

    Artsy- WHERE YA AT?!! lol

    omgosh i am still on such an emotional high from finding out i lost my first 5 pounds... I know it seems small but to me this is such a big win! I cannot wait to reach 10, or 15, and more! I am so excited! :drinker:

    So I just got back from the gym and I did fuel up with Hummus and Pita before hand and I had a wonderful workout. I did 50 minutes on the treadmill! , 30 minutes when I first got there staggering at 5 minute brisk walk, 5 minute light jog, 10 minute strong jog, 5 minute light job, 5 minute brisk walk. Then did more Strength and weight training. took roughly another 30 minutes or so... and then finished up with a stagger 20 minutes, with 10 minutes brisk walk, 5 minutes light job, 5 minutes brisk walk...

    I worked out a little harder then I was planning so I really hope my body won't hate me tomorrow...
    Tomorrow is my second day on my couch to 5k schedual! I am looking forward to it, (technically according to the program I was suppose to rest today... :blushing: )

    Omgosh I just feel soooo goood! ^_^ Now as long as I avoid personal stress I think i can do this! ^_^ for example, I got my boyfriend up at... 7 am .. and he slept in 30 minutes through my nagging him, then I finally got him in the shower, and he was in there 20 minutes, and I laid out clothes for him because he was going to be late to school and sure enough I am out here working on a paper and getting on MFP and I realize it is 8 20 and hunny never kissed me goodbye. So go and look in the room and the lazy A** is in bed sleeping. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR so i smack him on the head and throw his clothes at him and inform him he is going to be late for school. so he takes 15 MINUTES getting ready and finally leaves around 8:45... mind you he has to be at class at 9 and school is over 45 minutes away... *DOH*

    But as soon as he walked out the door I took a few deep breaths and let it go. So now I am stress free once again and focusing in on other stuff! ^_^

    Does anyone have any goals this week!? Mine is to get 250 push ups in by next tuesday! ^_^

    B----buy your boyfriend an alarm clock and let him take the consequences for being late :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: you have important stuff to in the morning. Is he over 18? Are you his mom? :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: Years ago I cried as I gave away first my size 10 then size 12 clothes and grudgingly bought size 16 and extra large. It took a long time to grow to love the stuff I bought. Now it hurts to get rid of them because I have no idea what I'll buy to replace them. If you still have some of your smaller stuff that will keep you from being naked as you lose weight. :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

    mfpme---you are such a worker. you deserve to rest from time to time. go ahead and nag the slackers---they should be losing weight and posting the results so we can celebrate with them

    Caliecat--you are the most supportive person out there---keep up the good work---I did 20 minutes of my new yoga DVD today before my snack of WASA cracker and spicy pepper hummus.

    to everyone else---I hope you're so busy exercising that you haven't had time to post . Work hard and enjoy the results:bigsmile:

    Barbiecat----I bought me some Spicy pepper hummus today. And boy was it hot. I couldn't hardly wait for my next hour feeing so I could have some yourt to cool my mouth and stomach off some. It is spicy. But I imaine I will get used to it. that pizza sounds good too.

    they are remodeling the old house in the back of our house. What a mess. But should look good when they get finish. Its going be a rent house. they already got it rented out.

    I have to tell you how much I laughed this morning when I was doing the 20 minute energizing yoga DVD before breakfast and had an actual dog under me when I did the downward dog pose. I also got kissed by a dog while doing forward bend and had a dog standing with her paws on my shoulders while doing mountain pose. :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

    The DVD we got is really great. It teaches poses step by step and has two different programs each with three choices of audio depending on how much instruction you want

    My goals for today:
    yoga with dogs---DONE
    line dance---DONE
    dog park---DONE
    drink 8 waters
    do some housekeeping chores :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

    Have you had your hummus today? I haven't missed a day since artsy--- mention it to me. Thanks artsy. I have had roasted red pepprs. pumpkin. ,garlic. now I am on a spicy peppers a little spicy but etting used to it.. Mighty good eating.
