I'm only doing this One List of 100. If there's a volunteer for a Team #2 and they maintain the list. As of March 30, we have no volunteer. If you would like to be the volunteer for Team # 2, please send me a private message. It breaks my heart to turn away any who wants to join Master List after we are full when we reach 100 members but I'm sorry I must. Maintaining thread for 100 is a lot. Can't do more. So really hoping Team # 2 will be created by someone who volunteers. We'll see.

No, I won't be able to. I would like to but I've got my hands full with maintaining The Master List thread of total lbs lost and once a week report of how many lbs lost for the entire team.
(For eg, March 29, a total of -1706 lbs lost for 64 members who signed up. )
So, everyone in the team are encouraged to create/start/organize anything fun to keep us all motivated!! Whatever challenging thing you guys can come up with. Have fun with it. And please remember to stay cordial with everyone. I will NOT be overlooking this thread per se. Only giving regular reports.

That is one thing I am very dilligent of updating your info asap. Definitely the same day. I understand you do so much, everyday working hard to lose that next lb and I want to make sure you all get the satisfaction

1. Pls post every week your update. I'm only going to update your weight ONLY ONCE A WEEK. I only update your info when you post. Looking at 100 tickers is too much for me to figure out who's weight has changed. So please post your weekly update.
2. Double check I got your update right. If I made a boo boo, let me know.
3. Give me feedback how I can improve. Greatly appreciate others thoughts. I'll try to implement them if if it's not too complicated.
4. If you're leaving MFP or no longer want to be part of the Master list. Please let me know. I'm sure there will be some who would love to be part of Team # 1 when we reach 100 max.

cried when I gave away my size 16 dresses because I loved them but they look like tents now:laugh:
My closet is empty and won't be refilled until I get very close to my goal (129 pounds) and can buy some "cute little dresses":bigsmile:
We eat our big meal (400-550 calories) at noon and then eat a light meal in the evening and cereal and soy milk or fat free plain yogurt near bedtime.

Hello out here, This has been a lazy day for me. Just had me a nice nap. Feel so much better. Had a good eating day. Working to get in the 180's. I will make it with the help of all of you. I am looking forward to my WI Saturday morning. Still got to get out of the 190's first.
My daughter dropped by this morning , had a nice visit with her. She lives about 50 minutes to the East of us. They just moved out in their new housse out in the country. said they bought 6 baby ducks. they have a stock tank close by her house. We will be having Easter out there.

hi- was going to leave the community part of this site, but miss chatting and still needing motivation-i'm in an injury standstill. this topic is perfect for this kind of stuff and mfpme-good on ya for all this hard work. i've lost 13lbs, but after my surgery and bedrest and the odd day of 'falling off the clean eating track", we'll see. i feel so bad-haven't been able to exercise for 2 weeks!:sad: :sad: so, i will weigh in tomorrow, even though i'm still swolen, and if ya'd like support, i'm here for ya all.0

Hi Everybody, It's April on the east coast and in Europe so the new month has started for somebody (not me, yet). Let's all set some goals for ourselves and see how we do during the month of April.
Not only will it be motivating to focus on our own goals but it will be fun to see what goals other people have and maybe helpful in planning our own goals for the future.

Hi Everyone!
Thank you for the lists
My goals for April:
1) Walk an average of at least 10,000 steps per day (pedometer).
2) complete the 30day Shred DVD
3) record all food eaten and make wise choices for nutrient-dense foods instead of empty calories.
I have 3 overall goals:
goal 1) I am just a tiny bit away from getting my wedding dress to zip up. I bought it last summer and I have gained a couple of pounds because now I can't quite zip it up myself :sad: My goal is to fit into that nicely by May 30th!
goal 2) Get to a healthy weight by my birthday (~25-30 pounds to lose, and 5 months from now)
goal 3) Maintain a healthy BMI for the rest of my life!0 -
