There is a checkin on Sunday 26th and then we end the challenge on the 29th. Very close to the end !
Great! That means I don't have to push extra hard this week since I'll have 2 workouts next week to break my 100.
Yes! there are 3 more days to spread out on - looks like you keep a weekly mileage of 25+ so you are definitely on track with some extra mileage on top!
I am glad too - my last few of months have been so hard for my poor feet & ankles but I think I finally can pack on the mileage YAY! but not too quickly :bigsmile: but I still going to avoid speed workouts for a while until I build up again!!!0 -
Looks like there are interest for a March Thread so I will start a check-in thread for March shortly in our group board - stay tuned, will post a link here later on today or tomorrow!

I did a 3.1 miler today, jogged a course for a race that starts at my kids elementary school this upcoming Sunday - ugah it has a killer hill!0

I'm so sad I won't make my goal :-( My foot has been hurting since last Wednesday, possibly from the hilly 10 miler PR I put out in snow the previous Saturday. I have a half marathon this Saturday so I have been off running to ensure I can run this race and set the PR I trained for. It is driving me crazy though! My saving grace has been Bikram yoga for certain, burns cals and is helping with my ankle/foot tightness, etc. Perhaps once my tax return comes and I can get new sneakers it will help a lot too.

I know I won't make it this month either. I had problems with my shins early in the month. And now I have a chest infection. Not getting any breaks this month. I'm hoping that I'll be better in the next day or so, and will keep trying, but I doubt very much I'll catch up. Oh well. There's always next month!0

I'm back! Went on a mini vacation with the family. Just got back yesterday and now it's time to get back on track!

Okay, so, trying to update your ticker will get you a "session halted" message, but the ticker does in fact update. So if you have the code you can still copy it in. If you don't have it, it's not exactly something you memorize, you can get it by clicking the quote button an old post of yours, where there is a ticker, and copying the code. At least that's what I'm trying now and I really hope it works...
