7.2 miles yesterday and 8 today, 160 total.
Okay, so, trying to update your ticker will get you a "session halted" message, but the ticker does in fact update. So if you have the code you can still copy it in. If you don't have it, it's not exactly something you memorize, you can get it by clicking the quote button an old post of yours, where there is a ticker, and copying the code. At least that's what I'm trying now and I really hope it works...
Thanks for the tip:) Ticker factory is giving me the same error - maybe because all of awesome are recording too many miles on it ...:bigsmile:0 -

Tested out my foot and it is good to go!! So I won't reach 100 but with my half I will be over 60. Looking to set a PR from my last (which was 2:06:16) and finish under 2 hours! So excited I can run after a week off! Running is my therapy for anxiety and stress and boy do I notice when I can't do it haha.

I just finished the 10K this morning without walking! :drinker: I clocked in at 52:36 (according to my garmin) an average page of 8:23 minutes per mile Yay, but the official time will probably be slower because I started far back in the pack and it took a few seconds to get up to the start line. Tomorrow is my 5K! :glasses: the course will be a bit of a challenge because it ends in an uphill.0 -
I've been poorly, and lost track here a bit.
I did 3 miles Tuesday, 3.2 on Friday and 3.7 today. (an additional 9.9 in total).
Hoping to manage something tomorrow. But I think realistically I have to accept I won't hit my goals this month, and just hope next month will be better. Bad shins, bad chest infection.0 -
