I ran a great race last Saturday - it was a great down hill for the final mile - loved it! Clocked in at 25:26 ! Super excited - getting closer to the time I used to run in college! I am starting to think it is possible to get there!!!0

Been sick since last week and finally rested yesterday and called in sick today - first time in forever! Not sure what this means for this week, there's a lot of miles to be run left in my training...boo this blows. I know me too, I will be up tomorrow trying to get that run in...skip spin, weights or yoga - no problem, but miss a run...there had better be blood or bodily fluid - I'm such a dummy.0 -
