Soooo didn't check in yesterday to get my miles in!!!! Sorry!!! For the short week of 2/1-2/5 I ran:
2/2: 3.25 miles
2/5: 4.75 miles
Total for the week: 8 miles
I was cleared by my PT to start my half marathon training for a race that is April 21!!! I think with the current plan I have it'll put me at about 64 miles for the month. I'd like that to be my goal!

First of, let me tell you how much I love this challenge. It has really kept me motivated thees past days and I find myself pushing a little bit harder when running, just for the fun of it. Cooriander, you are my hero for organizing this!
But, I am slightly confused. Am I to give daily, or weakly updates?
