I got my ticker and since it is warm right now - living in the South - I decided for something that is Spring linke :happy: - maybe abit hopeful since the groundhog Phil said 6 more weeks of winter - hoping he is wrong.

Do biking counts as mileage?
2/1 ran 2.61miles, bike 7.53
2/2 ran 2.53, bike 7.25....

The problem with biking miles is that they are so different from running miles, BUT if it is really important for you to incorporate your biking mileage here, it seems like you need to use some bike to running conversion formula, something like this:

or just simple divide your biking miles by 3 or so.

4 miles on the 1st; another 4 miles today; total for month 8 miles. I'm really going to work hard to get some running in on the weekend. It's a short month & I fell short for January. I can do this!
