I work out at least three times per week. Aerobic-walking is my passion. And truthfully, to be my best self, I could get rid of 50 pounds. That would really bring me into a state of slenderness. I'd be happy to be your friend. Let me know. BTW, I love your quote - "If you want something you've never had, you're gonna have to do something you've never done."
